About Me.
Hi, I’m Isha Aggarwal — a therapist, a deeply feeling human, and the founder of The Reflection Studio.
My journey into therapy wasn’t just a career choice; it was personal. I’ve lived through the complexities of mental illness, chronic pain, and emotional intensity. These experiences didn’t break me, they shaped me. They taught me that healing is rarely linear, that grief and growth can exist side by side, and that even in our most tender moments, there’s wisdom waiting to be heard.
Today, I work with people who feel “too much” or “not enough,” who carry invisible struggles, and who are ready to begin (or return to) the work of healing. I specialize in working with sensitive and neurodivergent individuals, those living with trauma or mood disorders, and anyone seeking a space where their inner world can be met with deep respect.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems, but more importantly, I listen. I believe in the power of reflection, in pausing to understand our inner landscapes, and in honoring the truth of our lived experience.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a lover of slow mornings, books that make me think, and honest conversation. I’m still learning, still unlearning, and always evolving, just like the people I work with.
If you're looking for a space to reflect, feel, and gently transform, you're in the right place.
